Onion chutney is good combination with rice,roti,chapati,dosa,idly etc.Onion has anti inflammatory,anti cholesterol,anti cancer and antioxidant property.Along with these while taking onion one should be careful regarding bad breath!!! .

How to prepare onion chutney
Fry red chlly by adding little oil till it becomes crispy.
Grind grated coconut,onion,red chilly,salt and tamarind to form smooth paste by adding sufficient water.
Transfer in to serving bowl.Heat oil in a pan ,Add mustard seeds,broken red chilly and curry leaves.When they splutter pour it over chutney.
