Sasive is the Kannada name for mustard seeds.Sasive is one of the famous side dish of Coastal Karnataka.Like tambuli it is cool and good for summer.
Required ingredients
Pine apple:1
Coconut grated:1 cup
Salt;to taste
Jaggery :to taste
Mustard seeds:1 tsp
Red chilly:1
How to prepare ananas sasive
Chop pine apple in to small cubes after removing the outer skin and middle stem type portion.Add salt and jaggery and keep it aside.
Grind grated coconut with red chilly and mustard seeds to form smooth paste.
Add it to the chopped pineapple and mix it.Serve immediately.
