Cooked chick peas:1 cup
Cucumber,grated:1/2 cup
Orange segments,peeled:1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves:2 tsp
Lemon juice:1 tsp
Salt and pepper powder:to taste

- Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper.
- just before serving add salt and pepper and and mix well.
