Required ingredients
Coconut grated:1 cupGinger:1 inch size
Red chilly:1/2 or Pepper:1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
For seasoning-Oil:1 tsp
Mustard seeds:1 tsp
Red chilly:1/2
How to prepare ginger chutney
- Put grated coconut,ginger,red chilly in mixer or grinder to form smooth paste by adding sufficient water
- Transfer it to serving bowl.Add salt and mix well.
- heat oil in a pan.Put mustard seeds,red chilly.
- When mustard seed splutter pour it over the chutney.
