Cucumber:1
Carrot:1
Salt:1/2 tsp
Lemon juice:1 tsp

How to prepare salad
- Grate carrot with the help of grater.
- Grate cucumber OR cut them in to small cubes.Keep it separately for few minutes.
- Drain the excess water.
- Mix grated carrot with cucumber.
- Add salt,pepper powder and lastly lemon juice.Mix well.
- Decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
