Urage/timare/ondelaga chutney recipe

Urage/timare/ondelaga is called as mandukaparni in Sanskrit.Centella asiatica is the Latin name.It is very cool in nature.It is known for its memory power.
Chutney prepared by using this plant is a good side dish for rice,dosa,chapati,roti,idly etc.This chutney is prepared with coconut and is very tasty and healthy.
This plant has some volatile oils and they evaporate in sunlight.So we have to pluck this plant in early morning before sunrise.Full plant has medicinal value.So we have to use this plant full it self(samula).
Required ingredient
Urage/timare/ondelaga plant With root:1 cup
Grated coconut:1 cup
Tamarind:little
salt:to taste
Red chilly:1
Coriander Seeds:1tsp
Oil:1tsp
How to prepare Urage/timare/ondelaga chutney 
Fry coriander seeds and red chilly by adding oil.Wash the plant with water.Grind all ingredients by adding little water.
Transfer to serving bowl.Chutney is ready.
