Easy and healthy preparation Banana stem salad


Banana stem salad is very easy preparation but healthy because raw banana stem is consumed.Simple and delicious banana stem salad helps in weight reduction.They can take this salad as whole food. Fibre in the stem helps to ease constipation.This salad can also be consumed with rice.
Required ingredients
Chopped banana stem:1 cup
Ginger:1/4 inch finely chopped
Coriander leaves
Salt:as per taste
Buttermilk:1/2 cup
How to prepare Banana stem salad
Chopping of banana stem is already explained.In a bowl put all the above said ingredients and mix well.
If you are using it as side dish then you can do tempering it with mustard seeds .
